Welcome to RideHubTravels. By booking a ride, browsing our website, or using our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Booking and Confirmation

• All bookings must be made through our website, phone, or official communication channels.

• A confirmation message or email will be sent upon successful booking.

• RideHubTravels reserves the right to accept or reject bookings based on availability and service area.

2. Pricing and Payments

• Prices are clearly listed for each route and are subject to change without prior notice.

• Full payment or a booking advance may be required to confirm your reservation.

• We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and other approved payment methods.

• All prices are inclusive of fuel and driver charges unless otherwise specified.

3. Cancellation and Refunds

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to be eligible for a partial or full refund.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled trip may not be eligible for a refund.

• Any eligible refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.

4. Passenger Responsibilities

• Passengers are expected to maintain decorum and follow local laws while on the trip.

• Damage to the vehicle due to passenger negligence will be chargeable.

• RideHubTravels is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Driver & Vehicle Allocation

• Vehicles and drivers are assigned based on availability and route requirements.

• We ensure that all vehicles are well-maintained and drivers are licensed and verified.

• Specific vehicle models (e.g., Audi Q7) are subject to availability unless pre-confirmed.

6. Service Area

Our services are primarily available for routes between:

• Delhi, Agra, Jaipur, Haridwar, Dehradun, Haldwani, Nainital, Mathura, and surrounding regions.
  Please check availability before booking for outstation trips.

7. Liability Disclaimer

• While we strive to provide timely and safe travel, RideHubTravels is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage arising due to accidents, delays, or third-party acts beyond our control.

8. Modification of Terms

RideHubTravels reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website with the effective date.
